REPAIRS / MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
If the repair or maintenance is URGENT please call our office immediately on 8088 4488. If out of office hours, please refer to the tenant's handbook which you were provided at the beginning of your tenancy, alternatively seek information from your lease.

ALL repairs must be submitted in writing. Preferably via email with photos or videos attached.

YOU MUST DESCRIBE THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AND GIVE FULL DETAILS, NUMBER THE REPAIRS (IF MORE THAN ONE).

Important: By lodging a repair/maintenance request, you agree that you give FNBH permission to forward your contact details to an appropriate tradesperson/landlord to gain access and/or discuss these issues further.
YOU (the tenant) may be held personally liable for any charges incurred if access is restricted or for any charges incurred as a consequence of a professional attending the repair/maintenance issue that is deemed a false alarm, operational error or the fault of the tenant.
